Edging on an Eating Disorder

I picked up some photo’s recently I’m smiling and I can hardly recognise the girl looking back at me. I feel sick looking at chocolate, cakes, pies, and everything that’s so called bad for you! It’s an odd turn for the girl that always said she’ll eat anything and balance it all out with a little more exercise.
