Oh my dear and fluffy lord, where is this "affordable" home!?!?!?!? Does it have views of Heaven? Was the granite shipped from somewhere exotic? Are the floorboards made of some rare, practically extinct wood? The Spacious balcony is as big as the rest of the apartment? And close to $4000 in strata levies (if I'm reading pq as per quarter)?!?!?
That sucks!

Mez, I've had to put the whole purchase thing on hold for at least 6 months. It kills me. I'm still checking the papers and the net each week for market research.

Strata levies are horrendous and you never get your money's worth!
Can I join you in hating real estate agents (not you, of course!)? There's one in particular who p!ssed me off so badly that I'll never ever ever deal with him again. I don't care if he's 'popular' in my area!
