Further to my recent post and considering the constant relationship evolution with my close girlfriends a position has become available to be Miss N’s friend.
To be the successful applicant you must have the following attributes:
- Residing in Sydney, preferably no more than a 20 minute drive from CBD (although an email relationship with an interesting character would be considered)
- Honest
- Must not be a heavy gambler (a flutter at the races all dolled up is of course acceptable)
- Must have a job or be financially secure (I’m not made of money)
- Ethical
- Well mannered and presentable
- Not a drug taker
- Witty
Preferred characteristics:
- Likes attending any of the following: live bands, dances, opera, musicals etc
- Spontaneous
- Not to be judgmental when I say I like any of the following: Fencing, Earth Wind and Fire (you must know who they are), Harry Potter, high powered sports cars or spending more than a weeks wage on shoes or bag
- Enjoy dinning in a range of venues from a local pub to a 3 hat restaurant
- Love dancing
- Not to drastic in age difference (I’m 28)
Benefits:
- You’ll have a loyal friend and we all know you can never have too many friends
- There’s no long term commitment
- You may never spend another Saturday night cursing all your married, couply or ‘couples with child’ again
- I have a great diverse range of existing friends you may also meet
If any of the above sounds like you, or if you interested in becoming a friend of Miss N’s please submit your CV including your desirable traits and a few interests.
Applications to be submitted either by comment or feel free to email me at natsmirror@gmail.com
Look forward to having a chin wag over a cool beverage soon.

Maybe you can introduce us to men such as your 'contractor'!!
Well, I meet your requirements for somebody not averse to fencing, but I'm not quite within 20 minutes of Sydney ...
Is this a joke? Someone is in need of a reality check
LOL this is such a cute idea. You'll have to let us know how you go with the interviewing process etc =)
Anonymous, by all means an introduction to my contractor(s) can be arranged - I have many of them working on my building, mostly single and of all ages ;-)
Neil, ahhh so true!
Anon @1.46AM: actually yes, this is a bit of fun and thanks for trying to spoil it. Friends have moved away, many getting married and some have kids. As I said, you can never have too many friends. Tell me, how do you see that as requiring a reality check?
As you're obviously NOT a reader, I'll bring you up to speed - last weekend I wanted to go to specific things and my current friends don't share the same interests.
Karina, I will, I will.
I've met a couple of people through my bog and they're just fantastic wonderful people!
Do you pay superannuation and health coverage?
There’s a 3 month probationary period. Then we’ll review.
But, hey what you talkin’ bout willis – you’re one my star employees ;-)
Has it proven that hard to find friends, or are all your old ones now attached and disappearing off the radar?
Indy, the latter.
