Never gotten a stitch, but have to admit I once had to stop because of a wicked leg cramp...it took nearly half an hour to massage out...the worst part was I was so close...DAMN !!! ~grin~
I got a leg cramp too. I was in a weird position at the time and it totally ruined the moment. Ohhh yeah, changed to, ohhhh fuckin hell get OFF me, I'm dying!!!
And when it happens your really enjoying yourself it strikes out of nowhere and it toally kills it...and then next time you are all tense waiting for it to happen again...LOL

I'm with Steph and Indy (well, not WITH but you know what i mean)...I got a cramp in my left leg/foot and failed to complete the course..It hurt like hell. I've had them before, at football, but never in the bedroom. At least the rub down person is a lot better looking and naked too LOL
Mate I was in too much pain to even notice the gentle rubbing of my naked partner all I can remember thinking is "fuck this hurts!" then "don't touch me" which is very unlike me ~grin~

I have never gotten cramp during sex.
This is because I spend a good 5 minutes doing star jumps and press ups to warm up.
And they say romance is dead...
It's all a matter of focus. I've had leg cramps during sex, but was able to keep going. And Enjoy that nexus of pleasure and pain? Oh, yes!
I had a girl drop a stitch during sex once. She was knitting me a ball-cozy at the time.

I remember one particular incident that happened to me- the first time I ever gave a guy a hand job I got a cramp in my leg. So. Embarassing.
