It was an accident

I rear-ended someone. My first real car accident, given my style of dynamic driving most would think I’d crash around a pole, end up in a house or drive off a cliff but no, I was driving 15 – 20k’s along Centennial Park this evening and the Ford in front of me suddenly stopped and my brakes didn’t activate as effectively as they should. The Ford has superficial scratches on its rear bumper; my grill has been compressed, unable to close properly. Cause of the incident I would say the brakes on my baby Audi – but wait they were replaced on 3rd February? My brake pedal sounds like a squeeze toy with a pinhole. Jez is on his way over to look at her to assess drivability and possible liability… Remember it was D that did the work for me – this could get messy. I love Jez, a panel beaters giving a house call and I know I’ll get a big hug too!

Oh No Natalie!!! Not the Audi!!! Nnnnnnnnnnnnooooooo!!!! :(

Miss R and I have been tail ended 3x each. How happy do you think she was to have her 1972 Coupe trashed, rebuilt ( we begged the insurance company not to write it off ), only to be trashed again 18 months later!!

I got my own back though... I was car No.6 in a chainey set off by this stupid bitch making a U-turn at the last minute without indicating. I nearly... nearly... got on the anchors on in time... but was distracted by a particilarly cute girl at standing at the bus stop! She made me crash!!! Oh... the embarassment... I felt sooooo dumb...

Thanks Rosanna, I'll pop around soon :-)

G_Boy, you did not crash due to a Sheila? Oh no... Poor Miss R, a car is like a piece of the family.

cBabe, my car is already half fixed, mechanics done - cosmetics next week, the other car? Pfft!

Cazzie!!! I couldn't do your job for all the money in the world. Literally, i faint at the sight of blood.

Stormin, I cared more about my car than if the driver of the other car was okay *blush*
