Operation: Get Healthy. Get Happy. Week 1

Boring Post Alert!

Healthy Body equals Healthy Mind. Isn’t that what everyone says? Well, I’m doing it to fit into my designer clad wardrobe, the fact of the matter is: I can’t afford a brand new wardrobe – misdirected enthusiasm maybe? In Bridget Jones Style I’m going to keep a weekly register on my weight, diet and Errm.. Exercise regime:

Week ending 10th September:
Weight: 4kg more than last time I weighed myself in March! Arghhhh!
Clothing: Marc Jacobs skinny jeans = a distant memory - Roberto Cavalli top = stuffed sausage
Exercise: one hour of Fencing
Diet:
Brekkie – Cheese on toast/Porridge/Honey crumpets
Lunches – Sandwich Mon-Thurs, Fri Indian
Dinner – Lasagne and ice cream almost every night
Caremello Koalas – nil
Coke – 3
Alcohol – at least 16 units

Arrghh! I'm very anal about knowing the EXACT time. I don't know why. I just have to know the correct time. To the minute.
I often ring 1194 just to check the time on my mobile is right.

Now, the reason this is so weird is that I'm ALWAYS late. So why the feck do i care what the time is?

Another one for the therapist methinks.

Have you had a look at fitday.com Nat? You can enter all of the foods you eat and compare it with the exercise that you do to see if it adds up.

there's not a lot of fruit and vegetables in that diet... you don't like?

cibby: I'm hopeless with fruit but I eat lots of vegies ;-)
