The Crazy, the fun and the Ridiculous

No matter how many times I say I’ll never TUI, I do it, this time I took a friend down this treacherous path. We must learn to be stronger; nothing is a good idea after 2 bottles of faux champers between 2 girls.

There are too many people at the gym at 8:00am on a Saturday morning; didn’t they have a boozy night like me? Only when I attend the gym does the instructor give out lolly bags.

I spent most of Saturday at the office, it was too a nice day for it. I met the Cibster for an early movie, A Prairie Home Companion its worth seeing for the impressive cast, the wonderful singing and of course the ‘bad joke song’ drinks at a local bar afterwards then another, addiment I was not going to get trashy drunk like or previous nights out. I invited a couple of friends that didn’t have plans for the night. Worlds colliding…Ever been asked “how do you two know each other?” by somebody who doesn’t know your blog exists and you don’t want them to know?

I really wanted to get down to the beach on Sunday but the clouds were rolling in and my friend was attending a bris (don't get me started on the ceremony for this occasion) , there was just not enough time in the day! We went shopping for hours and hours, I was given an invitation to her wedding, I love hand delivery! First invitation to be given, I was totally chuffed. Then given a lesson on the Jewish Wedding Traditions, I’m so excited for her!

Sunday night I was overly tempted to right my wrongs from Friday night texting, instead I left my phone in the other room watched Spanglish and cried more than was required.

Spanglish...what do you do if you meet the love of your life, and yet you already gave your word to spend it with someone else?

Spanglish - isn't that an Adam Sandler movie? It was good?

Pretty damn good movie, eh? Read this Christian review: Ha ha!

I can't imagine censoring that movie for kids, but he found things to pick on. The Lord's name in vain!

Indy, I follow through with my commitment... What would you do?

Cibby, the movie is enjoyable, its good to see Adam Sandler to a serious role.

Ant review that consists of 'other negative elements' is worth a laugh!

Nat, I thought 'commitments' were things YOU did when YOU wanted to get out of something LOL...."I'm sorry I can't do that I have committments.." ~grin~

I don't know...once upon a time I too would have follwoed through with my committment...now I am not so sure. Now I would give serious consideration of following my heart.

Scorps, you are such a trouble maker ;-)

Indy, in saying following through with a committment i do understand love dissipates. I see there is a difference between living unhappily satisfing your committments to another and following your heart to another. It's too hard to answer as there are so many variables when it comes to affairs of the heart.
