Din –Ahhhhhh!!!

WOW! WOW! WOW!

I had dinner at Blue Angel Restaurant last night.

What a delectable experience.

If anyone ever wants a lobster dinner in Sydney, this is the place to come. 10/10

• Complementary Antipasto della casa
• Complementary Bruschetta
• 2 bottles of white wine
• Entrée size spaghetti Marinara for all to share, it was the size of a main course
• 2.4kg lobster, boiled with garlic butter, side of bok choy and rice
• Complementary fruit platter
• A bottle of port, a bottle of grappa and a bottle of cognac placed on our table
• We ordered 1 spumoni to share, 3 small portions served
• Marcello, the owner joined us at the table laughing about the good old times.

The most prefect night…

Blue Angel has this wonderful feeling of stepping back in time, while sitting there I can imagine the eastern European mafia types sitting at one of the tables, the police commissioner with his mates on the other side of the restaurant, my dad having dinner with Muhammad Ali, me crawling around the floor at 2 years old wanting to play with the lobsters.

I'm going on a client's annu7al Harbour Cruise next week and the seafood is to die for. Lobsters, Mud crabs, bugs, Prawns (the size of lobsters), trays of 'shooters' do the rounds all night, beer by the barrel load and an open bar...This will be my fourth and I look forward to it EVERY YEAR. It takes the whole wekend to get over LOL

So your Dad hung out with M.Ali. Cool. If it were not for the soy sauce I would think you were in Naples!!!

Yep, daddy was a cool cat, I have the greatest picture of them together.

I'm going to make my way over to Naples for the hospitality :-)

I know what you're saying about the soy sauce, but it was a great idea, so many Japanese go there now.

Sounds delicious!

I haven't been there so I'll put it on my to-do list.

Happy Birthday for tomorrow! :)

Happy Birthday Miss Nat!

May you live long and prosper.

Or, may you get everything on the list (below).

Hopefully you receive both.

BTW, the Blue Angel's website has some God-awful racket autoplay music thing going on that is completely out of context.

Weird.
