Judgement

One word

One smile

One smirk

One action

One non-action

They judge me.

Is that how they see me, the real me and I’m blind?

Why believe something someone says about you who has known you for maybe a minute, a day, a week, a year when you can trust yourself, who has spent every second of every day in your head and skin?

Self doubt is an evil bloody thing and we're hard enough on ourselves, without someone adding an opinion.

They look and judge through their experiences and perspectives. It doesn't mean they know you more than yourself.

you can't help people looking at you. you can, however, help at how you look at yourself.

it says mirror, doesn't it?

PS: pretty in the pics below :D

You are a young, beautiful, driven woman able to achieve anything you set your mind to. You have taste, decorum and standards. You also know how to have a good time, and you're comfortable in your own skin. You're also complex and a deep thinker, a loyal and dedicated friend and you have the most beautiful smile.

It takes time to really get to know someone. If people form a judgement about you based on the superficial, then they close their mind to getting to know the real you. Their loss.

I echo the comments above too.

you're one of my best friends so you know i love you for all that you are. however, people judge you on the image you put out there and how you portray yourself and only you control what you put out there.
so perhaps if this is bothering you, you need to take a look at what you're putting out there...

Love the judgement, not the judge.

You know that song 'One' by U2? This is the worst possible cover of that song, albeit with a decent singer:

Ho Ho
