Last night I had 2 of my girlfriends over for girlie dinner, they are both experiencing slight uncomfortable situations with their respective flat mates, so naturally I say come on over for dinner! With the difficult week I’ve had, I still must be the hostess and provide the sanctuary for my friends…
I cooked garlic and dill chicken with pasta complemented by a couple bottles of faux champers and for dessert? Vodka Jelly! I substituted one cup of water for Vanilla Vodka. Ohhhhh we were like 3 giggling teenagers.

I want some Vodka jelly! What flavour jelly did you use?
I used raseberry jelly and vanilla absolute vodka with a side of vanilla ice cream.
I have lots left, 2 packets were used. Come on over!

It sounds divine! Must give Vanilla Vodka a try. I like the raspberry in summer, with a squeeze of fresh lime.
Vanilla Vodka Jelly, now that is an interesting thought! Does that work for the part-time jelly wrestler occupation?
